Detailed display metrics
GET /api/fingerprint/screen-resolutionScreen resolution fingerprinting captures precise display dimensions including width, height, pixel density (devicePixelRatio), orientation, and available screen space. Specific resolution combinations often map to exact device models: 1920×1080 suggests standard monitors, 2560×1440 indicates QHD displays, 3024×1964 precisely identifies MacBook Pro 14", and 2532×1170 maps to iPhone 12/13 Pro. The devicePixelRatio is particularly revealing: 2.0 for Retina displays, 1.5 for Windows scaling, 3.0 for high-end mobile devices. Unusual resolutions like ultra-wide monitors (3440×1440, 5120×1440) or portrait displays create highly unique fingerprints. This data correlates strongly with socioeconomic status and professional use cases.
